House flipping is on the rise in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, up 13 percent since last year, according to The Dallas Morning News.
There are more than 50 U.S. markets where home flipping is seeing an upward trend, and Dallas is one of them. There were 1,379 flips in the DFW area during the second quarter, making us ninth on the national scale. And guess how much home flippers made? The flipped homes sold for an average of $229,824, with an average profit of $51,824.
Not bad, Dallas-Fort Worth. Not bad at all.
