Developers Sanchez Advisory Group and Creu Capital have plans to create a development called Cross F Ranch in the northwest sector of McKinney, from Lake Forest Drive to US 75 near Laud Howell Parkway and Hardin Boulevard.
The first phase, which is expected to open at the end of 2018, will include more than 250 acres of single-family residential units, commercial and retail development. Once complete, the development will have somewhere in the range of 6,000 residential homes, 7,000 multifamily units and 4.7 million square feet of commercial, retail and office space, according to marketing material from Creu Capital.
